Elisa Russia started a new project “Sales Management”
Within a development program Elisa Russia announced a start of a new “Sales Management” project. Elisa will offer market a model of developing transparent processes for sales, marketing and after-sale support. Solution is based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM and is offered as a SaaS product.
Companies that are interested in increasing market share and in maintaining sales rates are the main focus of the new product offered by Elisa Russia. SaaS model on which the new product is based on will help the companies to avoid essential initial investments in IT, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM system will allow company’s management to form valid sales plans and to control plans’ fulfillment on each stage of the process – from inputting new contacts and analyzing effectiveness of attracting channels to signing agreements, it will also allow to track sales efficiency on one company in general and each sales manager in particular, besides, such system will allow to carry out corrective activities. Within the boundaries of new project Elisa Russia specialists will render services on modeling, updating and formalizing business processes, customizing the system, consulting on usage, creating and adjusting reports, and besides all that they will carry out necessary trainings.
Service provider Parking.ru is Elisa’s partner for providing the service on SaaS basis. “Elisa’s specialists having necessary experience and competence will provide our clients with consulting services, and if needed, they will customize the system or will carry out trainings, - Maxim Zaharenko, Parking. ru director, commented. Price for one license for using Microsoft Dynamics CRM on SaaS model is 1600 rubles per month per user.
