AIDE will conduct trainings for NOKIA service centers using Cisco Webex.
 
Outsourcing company AIDE got the possibility to conduct virtual workshops for professionals of NOKIA service centers using “Webex Training Center” solution for virtual training. The SaaS based decision was granted by Elisa Russia.

To improve the quality of customer service, both companies’ executives decided to hold regular training sessions. Taking into account the territorial distribution of all support centers, the training sessions were supposed to be conducted in a remote format.

“Our goal is to develop the maintenance service and move it to a new level by improving the service support construction principles and implementation mechanisms, - says Roman Silnikov, AIDE sales director. - The main criterion in the process of selecting a virtual training tool that at the same time could help us to optimize operational costs on the solutions for e-learning specialists was that the service support specialists could access to all program features and obtain the necessary information from the coach without installing any additional software or hardware. Using Cisco Webex Training Center one can display presentations in real time and share access to applications. The solution also enables to give floor to other participants of the training, supports Windows, Mac, Linux, Solaris, can combine audio – it means that a regular phone and VoIP can be used in one session.
 
"The product’s feature that permitted to record training sessions for its later use on demand also influenced on our choice," - adds Roman Silnikov.
