Saas will speed up the development of Valio federal distributor network

Rapidly developing company has already highly appreciated business results by cutting of operating costs.

Such decision was necessary to make because of Valio strategy, which is based on offering the whole range of dairy products with the purpose of attracting partners in trade sector .

According to forecast of Valio’s management, company’s turnover will reach 230 millions Euro, and further it will keep increasing by 20-25% annually. Today Valio has about 150 clients in Saint Petersburg, Moscow, Vyborg and in other regions of Russian Federation. The main part of export goods goes to Russian dealer-companies in Moscow, Saint Petersburg and other cities that deal with products distribution.

It was decided to use virtual conferencing in order to create effective communication processes with clients and partners from different regions,

At the present moment Valio has strong positions in cities with the population over 1 million of people. At the same time the company actively eхpands its share on regional markets. Trying to optimize our costs, including IT costs, it was virtual conference service on SaaS model that we decided to buy. This allowed us to immediately estimate results of work and concentrate on our business goals,” – says Harry Saganenko, Valio IT-Director.

Solution is based on Cisco WebEx technology.
