From the very beginning my career was bound up with Finnish telecommunication companies operating on the Russian market. After graduating from St. Petersburg Technical University, I started working in Finnish Mobinter Oy, exclusive distributor of Nokia products in Russia. In 1999 I joined the Russian office of Finnish international carrier Finnet International Oy, which was lately acquired by Elisa. Today I am in charge of Elisa’s representative office in Russia – OOO LNR.
At Elisa, I have gained valuable experience of working in several new, successful telecommunication projects on the Russian market. Today we offer Russian customers a wide range of innovative ICT solutions. Elisa’s products enable companies, for instance, to facilitate virtual collaboration with their clients and business partners and improve remote project management. Virtual collaboration contributes to quick decision making and significantly increases productivity, I learned it by experience.

I have an 15 year experience in Telecom industry. Upon graduation from Tampere University of Technology I started my career in business customers sales working for one of the Finnish telephone operators in Lahti. In 2000 I joined Elisa Corp. From that time on I am involved in various telecommunication projects from consumer customers product development to Vodafone's partner operations globally. I believe, I have gained a very good experience within Telecom industry both in Finland and internationally.
Now, since the beginning of 2009, I am responsible for company’s sales in region Russia. In my job I actively use Elisa collaboration tools, which allow me to organize virtual meetings with my team in Saint-Petersburg. We discuss work issues and our results, make plans and exchange opinions. Time difference, distinct working hours and holidays do not matter - I communicate efficiently with my Russian colleagues even if I am out of office. Elisa's powerful collaboration tools make it easy to keep in touch with people all over the world. Besides, I can concentrate on important issues and avoid spending time and money on traveling.
